Woonder cvba (Woonder Cooperative) is a Ghent-based cooperative founded in 2016, uniting over 100 builders, architects, and material experts to advance natural building in Belgium. Led by Hilde Vanwildemeersch, the organization supplies hemp-lime (kalkhennep) materials, straw-bale, clay, shell and bamboo building products, and delivers advisory services, workshops, certification, and project guidance. Woonder supports sustainable, locally-based construction with a strong emphasis on knowledge-sharing and hands-on training.
