Pulse is the trading name of ShenZhen Pulse Technology Co., LTD, a manufacturer of empty vape hardware based in Shenzhen, China. We were established in 2020. We design and supply empty hardware only: ceramic-core disposable devices and 510-format hardware. Our customers are B2B brands and distributors, and we work with them under OEM, ODM and white-label arrangements. We do not supply, fill or sell oil, nicotine or e-liquid - the hardware leaves our facility empty. We have developed more than 20 models since 2020, from compact pocket devices to large-capacity formats. The standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 pcs for a first order, and production lead time is 20-25 days for a standard order with custom branding. Prices are quoted EXW Shenzhen. We own the product design, our own tooling (private moulds) and the component supply chain; production is executed by our licensed manufacturing partners in Shenzhen. Every new model goes through a three-stage quality check once, before we offer it, and we welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, QIMA, V-Trust).
