Hemplicity, led by founder Predrag Milosavljević, is a Serbian eco-construction company specializing in hemp-based building systems. The firm completed the region’s first hemp house from 2017–2021 on Bela Reka Farm in Homolje Mountains—an award-winning project recognized with the Grand Prix at Serbia’s 44th Salon of Architecture and featured in the Balkan Architectural Biennale and Swiss Architecture Yearbook. Their hemp homes are designed using modular panels and in-situ systems that yield breathable, moisture-regulating, fire-resistant, and carbon-sequestering structures.
