In the second half of the 1980s, Aliments Trigone Inc. was created in response to the needs of food co-operatives and natural foods collectives to stock Quebec-grown grains; 25 years before the movement to buy local became strong. Our specialties are hemp, black and green buckwheat, amaranth, sorghum, chick peas and brown rice.
