BTP CFA Île-de-France

BTP CFA Île-de-France is the leading training network for construction and public works trades across the greater Paris region. Founded in 2013, the organization operates seven apprenticeship centers and offers a full range of qualifications—from CAP to BTS—across specialties including masonry, HVAC, carpentry, finishing, and pool installation. The CFA is recognized for quality training (QUALIOPI certified), strong job placement rates, mobility programs, AMO support, and innovation in eco-construction. Its initiatives include a dedicated biosourced demonstrator at the Ocquerre training center. BTP CFA Île-de-France operates seven regional apprenticeship centers across Île-de-France, including Ocquerre (8 Rue de Bel Air, 77440 Ocquerre), Brétigny-sur-Orge, Ermont, Nangis, Noisy-le-Grand, Rueil-Malmaison, and Saint-Denis. The network maintains strong partnerships with major industry players such as Saint-Gobain, Vinci, Bosch, and Grohe, and is active in promoting inclusive apprenticeship pathways and gender equality initiatives. The organization continues to lead in innovation around biosourced construction and sustainable building practices.
